1. Who I am and what these Terms cover
These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made through alex-exarchos.com and to all contracts concluded through the application processes described on this website.
Your contractual partner for every product and service offered here is:

I operate as a sole trader (Einzelunternehmer) under two business names, both established on 29 June 2026 at the address above:
- Evolution Freedom Fun digital — the digital products (WAY, The Unfiltered, 102 Companions)
- Evolution Freedom Fun Coaching — the coaching, seminar and in-person offerings (The Spiral, The Mirror, Same Ground)
Both business lines are covered by these Terms. In every case, I — Alexandros Exarchos — am the seller and your contractual partner. This remains true regardless of how payment is technically processed (see Section 6).
The contract language is English.
2. Consumers only
At present, I sell exclusively to consumers — that is, to private individuals purchasing for purposes outside their trade, business or profession (§ 13 BGB). By placing an order or submitting an application, you confirm that you are acting as a consumer.
I do not currently offer business-to-business sales through this website, and I do not collect VAT identification numbers from buyers.
3. The products
The following six products are offered. Nothing else described on this website constitutes an offer for sale.
Digital products (Evolution Freedom Fun digital):
- WAY — $20. A digital booklet (PDF). Delivered as a protected download link, sent by email immediately after purchase.
- The Unfiltered — $800. A video course of nine recorded videos (approximately 7–12 minutes each). Delivered as access to a gated member area (Vimeo-hosted videos behind a WordPress login), granted immediately after purchase. No refund is offered beyond your statutory rights; the first video is available free on the product page as a sample before you buy.
- 102 Companions — $1,000. A book in digital form, together with a recorded orientation video, delivered as a protected download and video access immediately after purchase. The purchase also includes one complimentary live 40-minute Zoom session, which you can book separately after purchase. The live session is included at no additional charge and is not a priced component of the product. Refund (as stated on the product page): the book is yours to keep in any case. If, after watching the orientation video, you decide not to go ahead with the live session, you receive a full refund on request by email — provided you ask before reserving a session slot. Once you have booked your live session, no refund is made.
Services (Evolution Freedom Fun Coaching):
- The Spiral — up to $24,000 in total. A live online seminar consisting of six 90-minute sessions across six months, with a maximum of 20 participants per cohort. Payment schedule (as stated on the product page): $4,000 before Session 1; thereafter either $4,000 per month for five months, or the balance of $18,000 paid before Session 2. By the end of the month of Session 1, one of three paths is decided (as stated on the product page): exit — your unilateral right, with nothing further owed; refund of the $4,000 — by mutual consent, if we both conclude the fit is not there; or continuation — also by mutual consent, after which the six-month commitment is firm. The applicable schedule is confirmed to you in writing during the application process, before payment.
- The Mirror — $18,000 per month for a 12-month 1:1 coaching engagement. Payment schedule (as stated on the product page): $18,000 upfront for month one; after month one, either $18,000 per month for the remaining eleven months, or the balance of $180,000 paid before month two. At the end of the first month, one of three paths is decided (as stated on the product page): exit — your unilateral right, with nothing further owed; refund of the first month’s $18,000 — by mutual consent, if we both conclude the fit is not there; or continuation — also by mutual consent, after which the 12-month commitment is firm.
- Same Ground — $20,000 per person. An in-person weekend (3 days / 2 nights) held on fixed dates in Athens or Frankfurt, with 1–3 participants. A coaching client of six months or more may bring a partner for $10,000 (as stated on the product page).
4. How the contract is formed
4.1 Digital products (WAY, The Unfiltered, 102 Companions)
The presentation of these products on the website is an invitation to order, not a binding offer. You place a binding order by completing the checkout process and clicking the order button, which is labelled to make clear that ordering obliges you to pay (e.g. “order with obligation to pay”). The contract is concluded when your order is placed and your payment is confirmed. You will receive a confirmation of the contract by email on a durable medium.
4.2 Application-based offerings (The Spiral, The Mirror, Same Ground)
These offerings cannot be purchased directly through the website. The process is:
- You apply by email, as described on the relevant product page.
- I review your application. There is no entitlement to acceptance; I decide freely whether to accept an application.
- If I accept your application, I confirm this to you in writing and send you a private payment link.
- The contract is concluded when you complete payment through that link.
Until payment is completed, neither of us is bound.
4.3 Customer information for online orders (digital products)
- Correcting input errors: before you submit your order, the checkout page shows you the details of your order, and you can review and correct your entries there before clicking the order button.
- Storage of the contract text: I do not store the contract text in a form that you can separately retrieve on this website after the contract is concluded. You receive the details of your order, together with these Terms, in the confirmation email described in Section 4.1 — please keep that email. These Terms can also be viewed on this page at any time.
- Codes of conduct: I am not subject to any specific codes of conduct.
5. Prices
All prices are displayed in US dollars (USD) and are total prices: where VAT applies to your purchase, it is included in the displayed price.
For The Spiral, The Mirror and Same Ground, the applicable price and payment schedule are confirmed to you in writing during the application process, before any payment is due.
6. Payment
Payment is processed via Stripe (card payment; hosted checkout for the digital products, private payment links for the application-based offerings). Depending on the technical setup, Stripe may act as payment processor or as merchant of record for the payment transaction for the digital products. In either case, Alexandros Exarchos is and remains the seller and your contractual partner for the product itself, and these Terms apply to the contract between you and me.
7. Delivery and access
- WAY: the protected download link is sent by email immediately after purchase.
- The Unfiltered: access credentials for the gated member area are provided immediately after purchase.
- 102 Companions: the protected download and video access are provided immediately after purchase; instructions for booking the complimentary live session are provided after purchase.
- The Spiral: delivered live online on the session dates communicated for your cohort.
- The Mirror: delivered as agreed at the start of the engagement, over 12 months.
- Same Ground: delivered in person on the fixed dates confirmed during the application process. Included (as stated on the product page): hotel accommodation, all meals, and local transport — everything from the airport in. Flights to the city are not included.
8. Right of withdrawal (Widerrufsrecht)
If you are a consumer, you have a statutory right to withdraw from distance contracts within 14 days without giving any reason. How this right applies differs by product type, as set out below. The formal withdrawal instruction and the model withdrawal form follow in Sections 8.5 and 8.6.
8.1 Services (The Spiral, The Mirror)
You may withdraw within 14 days from the day the contract is concluded.
If you expressly request that the service begin during the withdrawal period and you then withdraw, you must pay me an amount proportionate to what has been provided up to the time you inform me of your withdrawal, compared with the full scope of the contract.
8.2 Digital content (WAY, The Unfiltered, 102 Companions)
You may withdraw within 14 days from the day the contract is concluded — unless the right has expired early under the following mechanism, which applies to the delivery of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium (§ 356 Abs. 5 BGB):
At checkout, before you pay, you will be asked to:
- expressly consent to my beginning delivery of the digital content immediately, before the withdrawal period ends, and
- acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once delivery has begun.
If you give this consent and acknowledgment, your right of withdrawal expires when I begin delivery — that is, when the download link is sent or your access is activated. I will confirm the contract, including your consent and acknowledgment, by email on a durable medium.
For 102 Companions, this mechanism applies to the digital content (the book, the orientation video). The complimentary live session is included at no charge and is not a separately priced component.
8.3 The Mirror — early start
If you ask me to begin the coaching engagement during the withdrawal period and then withdraw, Section 8.1 applies: you pay proportionately for what has been delivered up to your withdrawal.
8.4 Same Ground
Same Ground is an in-person weekend delivered on fixed, agreed dates. You have the 14-day right of withdrawal described in Section 8.1.
Independent of the statutory right, the following contractual cancellation policy applies to Same Ground (as stated on the product page): with 60 or more days’ notice before the weekend, you receive a full refund or may reschedule; with 30–59 days’ notice, you receive a 50% credit toward a future weekend; with less than 30 days’ notice, no refund is made. This policy reflects that hotels are pre-booked and travel arrangements are non-negotiable. It does not restrict any statutory right of withdrawal that may apply.
8.5 Withdrawal instruction (Widerrufsbelehrung)
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform me —

— of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, I shall reimburse to you all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which I am informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. I will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
If you requested that the performance of a service begin during the withdrawal period, you shall pay me an amount which is in proportion to what has been provided until you have communicated to me your withdrawal from this contract, in comparison with the full coverage of the contract.
Note — the following sentence is not part of the withdrawal instruction above: for digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, the right of withdrawal can expire early under the mechanism described in Section 8.2.

9. Your statutory rights if something is defective
For the digital products, your statutory rights concerning defects in digital content and digital services (§§ 327 ff. BGB) apply. For the services, the statutory rules on defective performance apply. These Terms do not restrict those rights. Beyond them, only the product-specific refund and cancellation terms stated in Section 3 and Section 8.4 apply, exactly as described there; no further warranty, guarantee or refund promise is made.
10. Liability
I am liable without limitation for damage caused by intent or gross negligence, and for injury to life, body or health.
For simple negligence, I am liable only for the breach of essential contractual obligations — obligations whose fulfilment makes the proper performance of the contract possible in the first place and on whose fulfilment you may regularly rely — and in that case my liability is limited to the foreseeable damage typical for this type of contract.
Liability under the German Product Liability Act (Produkthaftungsgesetz) and any other mandatory statutory liability remains unaffected.
11. Educational content — not advice
All products and services offered here — the booklet, the book, the video course, the seminar, the coaching and the in-person weekend — are educational and inquiry-based offerings. They are not medical, psychological, therapeutic or financial advice, and they do not replace treatment, therapy or professional consultation. If you need such help, please consult a qualified professional.
12. Governing law
These Terms and all contracts concluded under them are governed by the law of the Federal Republic of Germany. If you are a consumer with your habitual residence in another country, the mandatory consumer-protection provisions of that country remain unaffected by this choice of law.
These Terms contain no agreement on the place of jurisdiction; the statutory rules apply.
13. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is or becomes invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect. In place of the invalid provision, the statutory rules apply.
